We had our first hard freeze of the winter. It is supposed to dip into the 20's every night this week. While we rarely get snow (last snowfall was 1993), it is still cold! Since Sunday is my long run day, I waited until afternoon to run in an effort to give the temperature a chance to warm up. I ran my longest to date at 10.7 miles. I'm not bragging, I'm amazed. Though there was a moment when I considered stopping at Hardee's and calling my husband to come pick me up.

Frozen Beauty
We had our first hard freeze of the winter. It is supposed to dip into the 20's every night this week. While we rarely get snow (last snowfall was 1993), it is still cold!
