Life has seemed unusually busy lately and today was no different. I actually skipped out on my long run this morning but sleep was still elusive. My right knee was swollen from all the times I lunged and plopped to the ground to take pictures yesterday so a day of rest probably wasn't a bad idea.
I did go get a pedicure and that was nice. Afterwards, we rushed to a going away party and then rushed home to prepare dinner for the family and six additional people.
I need to figure out how to put down my foot and slow this merry-go-round of life for a little while.
