Oh, Farmer's Market... how I love thee! Fresh fruits and vegetables grown locally and then sold for cheap!
I wish I could find the woman who sold us the giant pattypan squash (which I didn't even know existed until last month) so that I could give her a kiss. Her comment about stuffed pattypans sent my gears right in motion.
Fresh vegetables sauteed with garlic and herbs and then baked inside the pattypan -- I think I'm in vegetable heaven!
That was the best $2 we spent all day.
