Leaves speak of promises to me. There are so many different shapes and colors of leaves; yet they are so often taken for granted. Still, there is the promise of life... of hope... of continuum within these little things called leaves that we take for granted.Lately, I feel as if I've come up short on motivation and ideas. As a result, I'm going to try a few themes to see if that will help me see some new things. This week's theme: leaves.

Leaves for a theme should provide lots of ideas. So many different kinds and they change through the seasons too. And you are right about the idea of new life and growth in leaves.
I like the leaves you got on camera..very nice!
The ginkgo leaves on our trees are a constant fascination to me, so I know the feeling of leaves as a promise. Themes can be a nice motivation; can't wait to see what you come up with.
