For whatever reason, it gave me a moment to pause. I'm worn out but I'm thankful for my job. I want to be home but being at work helps provide for that home. I want to sleep but I keep thinking of work-related things.

I think at this time of year, these are things many educators are feeling. We have 15 days left, the kids are completely bonkers and lunchtime margaritas are the norm. I mean wishing they were the norm.
