Where I live, the geese sometimes chase me while running when they are flocking to a nearby pond. They are terrifying and have snapped and bruised my bum with their beaks.
I've learned to keep my distance.
The geese in Boston didn't even seem to notice me at all when I went for a run near Jamaica Pond in the early evening. I decided to be brave and snap a picture with my phone.
