After work on Wednesdays, I meet a friend at the track for speed work. Today we got to run in the rain -- and it was awesome! I'm not sure if I'm getting any faster but I just love thinking that I am working on it.
Afterwards, I took the world's fastest shower and got dressed to go eat Indian food with some friends. It is my favorite restaurant and I love that they treat us like family when we arrive. It is the only place where I get hugs when I arrive and again when I leave.
Wednesday evenings are the best!
